Compensation Scheme and Complaints
Business conducted with our UK office is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme ("FSCS") established under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Most individuals or small businesses are covered. More information can be found at the FSCS website www.fscs.org.uk. Business conducted with our offices in the Channel Islands is not covered by the FSCS.
Information about our process for resolving complaints is available from the Compliance Officer in each of our offices in the UK and the Channel Islands. Clients holding accounts with our UK office may be able to refer complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service. There is no financial ombudsman scheme in the Channel Islands.
